Budget law goes to the Chamber and then to the Committee on Thursday, the 27th

Budget law arrives this morning, Monday, December, the 24th at the Chamber and Thursday, December, the 27th, to the Committee.

After the yes to the confidence of the Senate, (167 votes in favor, 78 against and 3 abstentions), the bill of the budget law was approved for the next year, which will return to the examination of the Chamber for its final green light. This morning, Monday, December, the 24th, the budget law reaches the Chamber in third reading. After the Christmas break, work will begin. The state estimated budget for the 2019 financial year and the multi-year budget for the three-year period 2019-2021, approved by the Chamber and amended by the Senate, will be discussed at the Budget Committee on Thursday, December, the 27th, at 10.30 am. The deadline for submitting amendments to the Government bill 1334 is set at 1pm on December, the 27th. Friday, December, the 28th, the text will arrive in the Chamber. The text on which the Government asked for confidence in the Senate Chamber provides that for the paragraph 6a entertainment devices the increase in Preu is of 1.35 percentage points, but with a payout reduced by 2 percentage points, thus going to 68 percent of the bets. For Vlts, or paragraph 6b devices of the Tulps, the increase in the levy is 1.25 percent, and the payout decrease is of 1 percent, going from 85 to 84 percent. Confirmed increases for other games: for fixed odds bets, except horse racing, on the physical network, taxation becomes of 20 percent, and 24 percent for those online. For other online games (that is, skill games and bingo), the new rate will be of 25 percent of the bets. For virtual bets the rate will be of 22 percent. Also confirmed the extension of the concessions for bets, bingo and SuperEnalotto, as well as the postponement to 2020 of the arrival of the remote Awps. Again, green light for the Totocalcio reform too.
