Garavaglia: 'Dignity decree, assessments on gaming regulations'

Undersecretary to the Ministry of Economy and Finance Massimo Garavaglia says that they are considering possible changes to gaming rules of the Dignity decree.

The observations on article 9 of the dignity decree, which completely prohibits gaming advertising, "will be subject to careful assessment by the Government during the examination of the provision to the Chamber. A reflection on possible changes to Article 9 is already under way."   The undersecretary of the Economy, Massimo Garavaglia, says it, who commented on the possibility that the part relating to games of the Dignity decree (the stop to advertising) may be subject to changes, also in the light of compatibility with the rule of the 2016 Stability Law, that "is without prejudice" in the original text .
