Conclusion of the administrative proceedings related to the concession for the electronic management
Snai announces today that the Customs and Monopolies Agency notified the company of the ruling concluding the administrative proceedings related to the concession for the electronic management of lawful gaming through gaming machines (the “Concession”). Such proceedings had been commenced following the malfunctioning of the “Barcrest” gaming platform in the context of the episode which occurred on 16 April 2012.

Aams, based upon the observations and documentation made available by the Company, and upon the results of its technical verifications and review process, while concluding that there was no need to proceed with the revocation of the Concession, has claimed from Snai contractual penalties based upon the criteria provided under the Concession, totaling approximately Euro 1,500,000.00.
