Casinos and games, who goes up and who goes down in October

Gioconews.it analyzes the trend of Italian casinos last month: only Saint Vincent is good.

Another very difficult month for Italian casinos, with the continued closure of the Casinò di Campione and the announcement of the start of the arrangement with creditors procedure as regards that of Saint Vincent. Nevertheless, from the point of view of only entrances, the first place goes to the Valle d'Aosta's gaming house, where the usual monthly analysis of Gioconews.it starts. SAINT VINCENT – The month of October, which before saw the appointment of a board of directors and then of a sole director (Filippo Rolando), ends with a gaming collection at the Saint Vincent Resort & Casino, of €4,722,876, 3.06 percent more than in 2017, that is to say €140.451 more. On the contrary, entrances are decreasing, 6.82 percent less than in the same month of 2017. Tables end the month as a whole with minus 5.20 percent (minus €106.571). Among games, punto banco (minus 20.49 percent), chemin de fer (minus 51.61 percent), poker ultimate (minus 18.48 percent), American roulette (minus 18.71 percent), fair roulette (minus 14.72 percent), texas hold'em poker (minus 51.90 percent), trente et quarante (minus 152.74 percent) have a negative sign. French roulette (plus 30.71 percent), black jack (plus 69.75 percent), craps (plus 254.19 percent), and Poker Saint Vincent (plus 113.07 percent) have a positive sign. This month slot machines collect €2,778,076, 9.76 percent more than in 2017 (plus €247,021). In the month the slot machines collected 2,778,076 euros, 9.76 percent more than in 2017 (plus €247,021). Thanks to this result, 2018 collection rises to €46,775,073, representing a decrease of 1,22 percent compared to the same period of 2017. In the twelve months not coinciding with the calendar year, from November 2017 to October 2018, collection amounted to €56,767,822, 2.65 percent less than in the previous twelve months. VENICE – Gaming collection of the Casino di Venezia decreases in October, which is still in second place this time, and firmly remains in first place with regard to the annual trend, a result that matches the good balance results. In fact, the month ends with a collection of €7,905,608, that is 7.44 percent less than in October 2017, and also entrances decreased by 13.54 percent, of 58.687. Going into the details, slots decrease by 6.23 percent (€3,975,551), and also French roulette decreases a lot (€572,245, minus 39.71 percent), as well as fair roulette has a minus sign (€1,494,770, minus 2.99 percent), and blackjack too (€661,562, minus 13.14 percent). On the contrary, chemin de fer grows, with its €396.495 (plus 14.16 percent), punto banco (€626.029, plus 13.33 percent) and poker cash: €178.954, 19.58 percent more. In the first ten months of the current year, the two locations of the gaming house collect €81,650,401 in total, 8.56 percent more than in 2017. The result of the non-calendar year twelve months is of €97,030,364: 8.32 percent more. SANREMO - The Casino di Sanremo is in the last position, whose investments and corporate and political pax don't seem (yet) to produce the expected results. In fact, the collection stands at €2,768,337, a decrease of 8.78 percent compared to the same month last year and which goes hand in hand with the negative sign also recorded by entrances: 12,045, that is to say 10.54 percent less. On the other hand, we must point out the recovery of slots: they collected €2,469,749 the past month, 1.73 percent more. As for the other games, roulette collects €36,115, 84.32 percent less. Fair rouette is much better, collecting €94,290, 99.58 percent more. Cash poker ends at €49,733, 18.75 more. While tournaments decrease of 3.21 percent, with €22.973. Finally, black jack collects €43,116, 58.72 percent less, and the decline of punto banco (€52.360) is even more pronounced: minus 67.16 percent. The October result doesn't help the overall result: in the first ten months, the Sanremo gaming house collects €35,779,129, which represents a decrease of 5.29 percent compared to the same period of 2017. On the contrary, from November 2017 to October 2018 the Casino collected €42,799,997, 4.02 percent less. CAMPIONE - Obviously, we can't unfortunately write anything about the dramatic October of the employees of the Casinò Campione d'Italia. The gaming house closed its doors on July, the 27th, and the political and judicial process to reopen it are still opened, but with an uncertain outcome. In 2018, the casino collected €45,460,976, 39.70 percent compared to a year ago. A result inevitably destined to get worse.
