Bally Technologies will replace a competitor’s system with the trailblazing CMP (Casino Market Place) casino-management, patron-loyalty, and player-tracking system.

“Our goal is to provide our players with a top-notch experience when they visit our casino,” said Batavia Downs Casino and Western Regional Off-Tracking Betting President Michael Kane. “CMP’s player-centric design and world-class marketing tools will help put us in the position to best reward loyal players and continue to grow our business.”

Bally’s systems solutions will support 779 gaming devices at Batavia Downs. Eight of the nine racetrack casinos in New York use Bally Technologies’ systems technology for player-centric marketing.

“We’re humbled to be selected by Batavia Downs and look forward to partnering with the property as it grows,” said Bally Technologies’ President and Chief Executive Officer Ramesh Srinivasan. “Our growth in the New York market clearly shows our commitment to the area. Batavia Downs will be a great partner and we are thrilled they have chosen Bally Technologies’ CMP to help continue their success.”

The Bally systems solutions selected by Batavia Downs Casino will handle player-loyalty programs and various other marketing, promotions, and bonusing functions.

Bally will provide the property with a version of Bally’s Power Coupon™ designed specifically for the New York lottery market.

Batavia Downs Casino will also install Bally's state-of-the-art Promotional Kiosk™ application across all kiosks on the gaming floor. The casino will also leverage Bally's couponing functionality, tightly integrated with CMP and Promotional Kiosk, to provide a seamless patron experience across all avenues.
