Expansion for E-service at EAG International Expo

24 November 2012 - 10:53

For the fourth year in succession, independent spares, service and after-sales support company E-Service will be increasing its stand space at EAG International Expo 2013, taking place 22-24th January at ExCel London. Established in 2004, E-service was formed to serve the amusement, gaming and vending sectors. Indeed, since its inception the company has rapidly developed to become the UK’s largest independent spares, service and after-sales support company. Managing Director Mile Clokie is very clear on the reasons for E-Service’s phenomenal growth: “Actually our business philosophy is very simple,”explained Mike. “Our mission is to provide the finest quality service along with replacement parts accurately, efficiently and reliably all at a competitive price. In addition to supplying dedicated spares and consumables, we also source our own parts from quality suppliers.”

A particularly clear manifestation of E-Service’s dedication to service is its investment in its own van run service. Operating on a daily basis, E-Service vehicles cover the UK mainland from Newquay to Aberdeen, delivering parts and consumables at no additional cost to the operator. The market has responded well to the efforts of Mike and his team with the company winning the exclusive support contract for Shuffle Master in addition to exclusively carrying out after sales and support for Games Warehouse and Barcrest. E-Service is also the spares and support provider to leading distributor AMG Leisure. Amongst others, the company has service and  distribution agreements with JCM, Hainsworth, Kortek, Wells Gardner, Smart Technologies, Tovis and Ceronix.

Commenting on E-Services forthcoming appearance at EAG International Mile Clokie was upbeat: “EAG is an enjoyable show and has always secured new business for us. We now have offices in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, so EAG International’s European perspective sits well with us. The show’s timing is also good, enabling us to engage with new and existing customers prior to the start of the New Year,” revealed Mike.

Indeed, EAG International Expo is now widely regarded as the coming year's launch event for new products and innovations dedicated to the amusement and attractions industries.
