Keeping the Ball Alive: an Art book for 30 Years of Stern Pinball

Stern Pinball, the world’s leading manufacturer of pinball machines, has partnered with crowdfunding specialists PaperFlock to produce a commemorative coffee table art book and give fans an inside look at the history, design, production, and manufacturing of pinball machines, as well as the people behind them.

Never before has anyone been given such unprecedented access by the pinball industry. The 200-page coffee table book will feature over 160 photo pages, color foldouts, and artwork from thirty years of games. Alongside the photos and artwork will be interviews with important game designers like John Trudeau, Steve Ritchie, George Gomez, John Borg, and many more. Fans will get a chance to become part of the books production through PaperFlock’s unique crowd collaboration process. Content will be crafted with input from the projects forum on PaperFlock.com. This gives dedicated fans a real sense of ownership in the project. As incentive unique collectible limited edition rewards await financial backers on Kickstarter. The Kickstarter campaign goes live Friday, October 14th, coinciding with Stern Pinball’s 30th Anniversary party. To view the campaign on Kickstarter please click here.
