Bally Wulff Italia awarded ISO 9001 certification

Founded in 2014, Bally Wulff Italia now awarded ISO 9001 certification.

In 2014 Bally Wulff Games & Entertainment founded the company Bally Wulff Italia S.R.L., thereby setting its sights on international expansion. To comply with local quality standards the company has been working towards ISO 9001 certification, which it has now achieved.   ISO 9001 stands for the highest standards in terms of product and service quality. Hence, companies awarded the certification benefit directly from streamlined processes in order entry, product documentation and end-to-end quality control. The award also provides customers of the certified company, who can rely on a fundamental set of standards, with high added value. A high degree of customer loyalty is often a direct result following successful certification. Thus, all Bally Wulff Italia S.R.L. specialist departments have undergone a thorough review in recent months and have been placed under the scrutiny of the internationally recognised standard. In addition to the standardised analysis, the focus also lay on Bally Wulff Italia S.R.L.’s individual objectives and requirements.  “We are extremely proud to have achieved the certification,” affirms Willem Korteweg, Bally Wulff's Export Manager. And rightly so, since a well-managed ISO 9001 system helps a company improve its efficiency or achieve set targets with greater regularity.   “The standards provide us with numerous benefits which, in turn, will be reflected in the consistent quality of our products and thus of course also in the satisfaction of and steady demand from our customers,” Willem Korteweg goes on to explain.
